Poem | Asylum in Print

I like nothing better than escaping into a good book. It’s my favourite kind of holiday; taking a break from my own life and delving into someone else’s, finding solace between pages.

I wrote a poem about just this for Dear Damsels – my fifth published on their website. Their theme this month inspired me to put this feeling into words. The piece is called Asylum in Print; I am hoping someone else might be able to relate!
